Job Summary
Lead lifecycle, commercialization, release readiness, and portfolio execution across the Cardiology Informatics portfolio, helping accelerate adoption and the transition toward scalable SaaS-enabled and cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities across launch, growth, sustainment, transition, and end-of-life, including installed-base migration, customer continuity, adoption, utilization, portfolio economics, and business case realization.
- Drive commercialization and go-to-market readiness for new product introductions, software releases, upgrades, and portfolio transitions, partnering with Product Management, Marketing, regional teams, and other stakeholders on value propositions, pricing and packaging inputs, sales enablement, and launch execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional release readiness across Product Management, Research & Development, Quality & Regulatory, Service Delivery, Business Operations, and regional organizations, ensuring key deliverables, dependencies, risks, and decisions are managed effectively.
- Support the evolution toward Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud, platform, subscription, and recurring-value models by helping establish scalable processes for offer creation, release cadence, provisioning, adoption, utilization, and value realization.
- Partner with Business Operations and Program Management Office teams to strengthen portfolio governance, metrics, planning cadence, and performance visibility while challenging legacy processes constructively and turning successful improvements into repeatable ways of working.

- You've demonstrated experience coordinating complex releases, new product introductions, commercialization programs, or portfolio transitions in a cross-functional environment, along with experience translating enterprise software or digital-product strategy into operational execution.
- You're an effective cross-functional leader who can influence without direct authority, use data to create clarity and drive decisions, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and improve processes while respecting quality, regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
- Experience with Philips Product Development and Lifecycle Management (PDLM) or comparable regulated lifecycle frameworks; healthcare informatics, cardiology, imaging, clinical workflow, or medical technology; SaaS, cloud, platform, subscription, or recurring-revenue models; and Lean Six Sigma or Agile Product Management certification is preferred/a plus.
