About the Role:

We are hiring a Product Management Intern to join our team. We are looking for candidates from IITs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent institutions. If you have built something meaningful or managed a project end-to-end, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that are functional, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

The work spans the whole product AI Calling and the core CRM that telecallers use every day. Customer discovery

• Run interviews with churned accounts, accounts whose usage is dropping, and AI Calling users.
• Synthesise raw calls into actionable problem statements. PRDs and backlog
• Write PRDs that engineering can build from, including user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and out-of-scope items.
• Break PRDs into tickets, groom the backlog with engineering, and keep the sprint moving. Release and adoption
• Own release readiness, including UAT, release notes, and enablement for sales and support.
• Track adoption in Mixpanel after launch and report whether the feature achieved its intended metrics.

Skills:

• First-principles thinking. You ask what a claim rests on before you act on it. When threecustomers tell you three different things, you do not merge them into one tidy insight.
• Structured problem-solving. You can break an ambiguous problem into parts and work out which part to solve first.
• Written communication. A PRD you write should be good enough for an engineer to build from without a meeting.
• User empathy. You want to know why someone works the way they do, and you go and ask rather than assume.
• Ownership and bias for action. You close your own loops. An open requirement is something you go and resolve, not something you flag and wait on.
• Data literacy. You can read a funnel or a cohort chart and say what it does and does not prove.
• Fluent Hindi and English, and comfortable talking to business owners on the phone. A regional language is a bonus Qualification:
