Product Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for life insurance products and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and IT, to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements and prepare detailed BRDs and FRDs.
• Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems for improved efficiency.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and post-launch improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and other applicable industry standards.
• Monitor key product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 6+ years of experience in the life insurance domain.
• Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs for insurance product development.
• Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core life insurance platforms.
• Expertise in digital transformation, policy administration systems, and customer journey optimization.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
