About this role
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the strategy and execution of one or more core technology products. This role will work closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to define product requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with technical expertise and a data-driven approach to product development. Key Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap execution and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, priorities, and feature roadmap
- Gather customer insights and translate business needs into product requirements
- Create product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product releases
- Lead agile planning, backlog management, sprint planning, and product reviews
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvements
- Present product updates, progress, and risks to leadership and stakeholders
- Champion innovation and identify opportunities to enhance product value and user experience Key Qualifications:Must-Have
- 7–9 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Product Management or Product Owner roles
- Proven experience managing technology products throughout the product lifecycle
- Strong product thinking with the ability to solve complex business and customer problems
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture
- Experience working with Engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Good-to-Have
- Experience with communication platforms, messaging systems, or customer engagement technologies
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations
