Product Lead

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Define Product Vision and Strategy:

• Own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned domain.
• Translate ONDC's mission into scalable product initiatives that accelerate network adoption and ecosystem growth.
• Identify emerging technology, market, and regulatory trends to inform strategic product investments.
• Balance long-term platform evolution with near-term execution priorities.

Build Category-Defining Platform Products:

• Lead the product lifecycle from opportunity identification through launch and continuous optimization.
• Own the roadmap for open APIs, network specifications, and platform capabilities.
• Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design secure, scalable, and interoperable products.
• Drive product decisions using customer insights, ecosystem feedback, experimentation, and data.
• Define success metrics and continuously improve adoption, engagement, and network health.
