Product Lead

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Own the product roadmap for assigned areas of the ONDC network, aligned to network-wide goals and category priorities.
• Translate ecosystem and participant needs into clear product requirements and open specifications.
• Track market, category, and regulatory developments relevant to digital commerce and open networks.

Network and Ecosystem Execution:

• Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to define and evolve open API specifications and network protocols.
• Engage regularly with Network Participants to gather feedback and prioritize improvements.
• Drive adoption of new specifications through clear documentation and participant enablement.
• Define and track key product and network health metrics, using data to prioritize the roadmap.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in product management across e-commerce, marketplaces, or platform/network products.
• Hands-on exposure to API-led or protocol-based product ecosystems.
• Prior experience owning a product area end-to-end, including specification design, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
• Retail domain experience is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, mobility, or logistics will be an added advantage.
