Product Leads/Product Managers with strong expertise in

Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis , and

Capital Markets/Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable product solutions in an Agile environment. Mandatory Skills

• Product Management / Product Ownership / Business Analysis
• Capital Markets / Wealth Management domain experience
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Project Management
• Strong BA documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, Functional Specifications) Good to Have
• Stock Borrow Lending (SBL)
• Team handling or leadership experience Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Own product backlog and prioritize features based on business value.
• Work closely with development, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare BA documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery.
• Evaluate new business requirements and recommend suitable product enhancements.
• Present product solutions and updates to business stakeholders.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects and mentor junior team members where required.
