• 8-12 years experience in building GEN AI Products in Banking, Finance or Ecommerce Space.
• A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA Degree from a Tier 1 Institute (IIM, ISB Equivalent)- Mandatory
• Proven expertise in managing AI-driven products within the financial services industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.

Technical Exposure

• Basic understanding of APIs and backend systems
