Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Senior Technical Lead - RPA / .NET for the Edge Services Division to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale automation and application solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in RPA and .NET technologies , along with the ability to take ownership of solution quality, mentor team members, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions to automate business and technical processes.
• Develop and enhance applications/services using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs).
• Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Integrate RPA bots with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs .
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution for RPA and .NET components.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of automation solutions in production environments.
• Contribute to process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives .
  Skills Required
  Mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism .
  • Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs).
  • Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of end-to-end automation lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills .
    Good to Have
    • Experience integrating RPA with APIs, web services, and legacy systems .
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for RPA or .NET applications.
    • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills .
    • Experience working in Agile delivery models .
