Role Overview

• Position : Product Innovation Manager
• Location : Chennai (Work From Office - WFO)

• Objective : Serve as a visionary leader driving innovative products that directly impact airline customers and operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do?

• Product Vision & Strategy : Establish a clear product vision aligned with strategic goals, and define the product roadmap using market analysis and customer feedback.
• Agile Leadership : Act as the primary contact for engineering teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and customers while communicating product updates and performance metrics.
• Airline Industry Expertise : Leverage deep airline industry knowledge to develop innovative products that resolve operational challenges and improve passenger experience.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analysis to drive continuous product improvement.
• Financial Impact : Oversee P&L management and unlock revenue growth through product monetization opportunities.

What You Bring?

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience : 10 to 20 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within the airline industry.
• Technical Skills : Robust understanding of agile methodologies, experience with API-driven development, and familiarity with airline reservation and operational systems.
• Innovation & Financial Acumen : Experience exploring or implementing AI to improve products/processes, along with a proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue initiatives.
• Leadership & Soft Skills : Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
