Product Implementation Specialist || Gurgaon (Work From Office)

You will own end-to-end implementation of Resonate and InsightsCRM for investment banks, brokers and research firms worldwide. You will work directly with client teams to configure the products, migrate their data, and take them live. You will run projects independently, from kickoff to handover to support.

• Lead implementation projects independently, from kickoff to go-live.
• Run requirement workshops with international clients and turn their needs into a configuration plan.
• Configure Resonate and InsightsCRM: workflows, user roles, entitlements, templates and integrations.
• Plan and run data migration, mapping, cleansing and validation, using SQL where needed.
• Coordinate integrations (email, Outlook, market data, SSO and APIs) with client IT and our engineering team.
• Write implementation documents: scope, BRDs, configuration guides and test plans.
• Run UAT, fix issues and get client sign-off.
• Train client users and admins, both remotely and on site when needed.
• Track timelines, risks and status, and report to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Hand over to the support team after go-live, and feed client input back to the product team.

Must-have requirements-

• 4-8 years in software product implementation at a product company, not services-only.
• Has led at least 23 implementations independently, end to end.
• Has worked directly with international clients (US, UK, Europe or APAC), including calls across time zones.
• Understands enterprise software well: configuration, data models, user roles, integrations and APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data migration and validation.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders.
• Organized and able to run several projects at once.
• Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.

Good to have-

• Background in fintech, banking or capital markets software.
• Hands-on implementation of a CRM such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or a niche CRM.
• Knowledge of investment research, sales and trading, or investment banking workflows.
• Experience in a small or mid-size product company, owning work across functions.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile delivery.
