Role Description The Product Implementation Manager is a full time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Hibiz Solutions’ products and platforms, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment. The person in this position will collaborate closely with clients, internal product teams, and technical delivery resources to define implementation plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery sessions, documenting business and functional requirements, coordinating integrations, overseeing user acceptance testing, and ensuring smooth go-live and post-implementation support. The Product Implementation Manager will also create implementation playbooks and training materials, deliver user training, track adoption metrics, and continuously refine processes to improve implementation quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to translate complex business processes into clear requirements, assess implementation risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder management, client-facing presentations, requirement walkthroughs, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities to plan, track, and deliver multiple implementations on time and within scope.
- Program Management experience to coordinate initiatives across products, teams, and phases, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives.
- Training skills to design user-focused documentation, conduct product demos, and deliver effective end-user and admin training sessions.
- Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, integrations, or cloud solutions); prior work in digital transformation or consulting is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing priorities independently while collaborating with global, distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in project or product implementation are an advantage.
