Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of a leading Commerce Operations Platform company that connects enterprise retailers by integrating eCommerce platforms with enterprise ERP systems. As the company expands its AI-powered product portfolio, we are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Product to own end-to-end product strategy and build the product team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define, own, and execute the complete product roadmap aligned with global enterprise business goals.
- AI Innovation: Lead the development of AI/ML and Generative AI-powered solutions for commerce automation and business intelligence.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Drive global product launches, commercial strategy, pricing models, product adoption, and customer retention.
- Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to turn product strategy into market impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of overall Product Management experience with a proven execution track record.
- Strong background in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or BigCommerce).
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Technical fluency in APIs, system integrations, and B2B SaaS architecture.
- Demonstrated track record of building products from 0 to 1 and scaling them for enterprise clients.
- Strong experience in product launches, GTM execution, and data-driven growth.
Good to Have:
- Direct experience applying AI/ML or Generative AI in product workflows.
- Domain exposure to Retail Tech, Commerce Operations, or Supply Chain SaaS.
