Product Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of new products, including education loans, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative lending solutions for students pursuing higher education abroad.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in consumer lending (education loans) or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, regulations governing consumer lending practices.
• Proven track record in developing successful new products that drive business results.
