Product Head - Visa & Immigrations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor key operational metrics and process trackers to ensure service efficiency and timely case closures.
• Act as the escalation point for complex immigration cases and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and mobility partners.
• Drive client retention through periodic service reviews, proactive engagement, and resolution of service challenges.
• Monitor client feedback and service quality indicators such as CEI / Get 5 scores to ensure superior customer experience.
• Strengthening the organizations market reputation through strong industry relationships and client engagement.

People Leadership:

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Visa & Immigration team aligned with business growth objectives.
• Cascade organizational KPIs into functional and individual performance goals and monitor performance through structured reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous development within the team.
• Ensure structured goal setting, performance evaluation, and capability development initiatives for team members.

EXTERNAL

• Potential and existing corporate customers across all service lines
• Relocation Management Companies (RMCs) and global mobility partners
• Government authorities, embassies, and immigration regulatory bodies

INTERNAL

• Relocations Service Heads across all service verticals
• Sales and Business Development teams
• Support Functions including Pricing, Finance, and Operations

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Relocations or Global Mobility industry is preferred, candidates with demonstrated success in relationship-driven service industries such as logistics, hospitality, or similar sectors will also be considered.

Knowledge of Visa & Immigration practices, including key origin and destination markets and service delivery capabilities across geographies.

Knowledge of the competitive landscape within the relocations industry, including key competitors,

service offerings, pricing approaches, and market positioning across different regions.
