Key Leadership Responsibilities:
Depending on the function, the selected leader will be responsible for:
- Define and execute business, product or technology strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build and scale digital products, platforms and marketplace capabilities.
- Own customer journeys across acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell and monetization.
- Drive business growth, revenue, profitability, portfolio scale and customer lifetime value.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurers, AMCs, brokers, aggregators and other ecosystem partners.
- Develop and scale digital distribution and partner-led capabilities.
- Leverage customer data, analytics, segmentation, propensity models and experimentation to improve business outcomes.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk, Credit, Compliance and other stakeholders.
- Build scalable, secure and high-performing digital platforms and technology ecosystems.
- Drive API integrations, cloud, microservices, data platforms, automation and modern engineering practices where applicable.
- Establish strong governance around product prioritization, technology architecture, data quality, security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Build, mentor and lead high-performing teams with strong ownership and execution orientation.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, operational efficiency, conversion and unit economics.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for senior professionals who bring:
- 12+ years of relevant experience for functional leadership roles and 15 - 18+ years for senior enterprise leadership roles.
- Strong experience in Fintech, BFSI, Digital Financial Services, Consumer Internet or Marketplace businesses.
- Proven experience in building and scaling digital products, platforms, distribution or marketplace ecosystems.
- Experience managing multiple partners and stakeholders across a complex ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric digital journeys and data-led decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable execution.
- Strong commercial orientation with experience managing business outcomes and/or P&L, wherever applicable.
- Ability to work across business, product, technology, analytics and operations teams.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
- Willingness to work across Lower Parel and Thane and travel between locations as required.
- Candidates should be open to relocation to Mumbai where applicable.
Important Hiring Criteria:
Candidates from the Fintech space with experience in a marketplace ecosystem and digital distribution will be preferred. Experience limited only to manufacturing-oriented businesses is not aligned with the requirement. Digital capability-building and scalability are key requirements across the leadership positions.
