Product Head - EdTech

Role Overview:

The Product Head will be responsible for defining and executing the overall product strategy and building a high-performing product organization. The role will focus on establishing product capabilities, strengthening content strategy and development, and leveraging analytics and decision systems to drive business and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead the Product Strategy function from the ground up.

- Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and operating model.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber product team.

- Establish effective product management processes, frameworks, and ways of working.

- Drive content strategy and development in alignment with product and business objectives.

- Streamline content development processes and transform content into a revenue-enabling function.

- Identify opportunities to improve product performance, learner engagement, and business outcomes.

- Develop analytics and decision-making systems to support product and business strategy.

- Use data and insights to identify product opportunities and drive informed decisions.

- Collaborate with technology, content, business, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

- Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
