Product Growth Marketer SaaS & Mobile Apps

We're not looking for a marketer who waits for a brief.

We're looking for someone who's excited about building — and who uses AI tools in leveraging growth marketing as a natural part of how they work. You'll help take a product from zero toward $1M ARR and beyond, owning the full funnel: positioning, SEO, paid campaigns, and growth experiments across every channel.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with founders and the product team, moving fast, leveraging AI to work smarter, and figuring things out as you go.

• Go-to-market strategy — Define positioning, ICP, messaging, and launch playbook for new products from day one
• SEO & content — Build organic search from scratch: keyword strategy, content calendar, on-page optimisation, and link building. You should be able to rank a page, not just brief one
• Paid acquisition — Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You manage the budget, you own the ROAS
• Product-led growth — Identify and build in-product growth loops: referral mechanics, activation flows, upgrade triggers
• Email & lifecycle marketing — Own the full customer journey from first touch to expansion revenue
• Analytics & reporting — Set up tracking, monitor funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and turn data into decisions
• Brand & creative — Write copy, brief designers, review assets. You have taste and you use it

Must-haves:

• 5+ years in growth or product marketing for a SaaS or mobile app — not an agency, not a brand, a product
• Proven track record of taking a product from early-stage to $500K–$1M+ ARR (be ready to walk us through it)
• Hands-on SEO experience — you've ranked pages, not just written the strategy doc
• End-to-end paid campaign experience across at least two of: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
• Strong copywriter — you can write a landing page, an email sequence, and an onboarding flow from scratch
• Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar)
• Bias for action — you'd rather ship and iterate than perfect and delay
• AI enthusiast who can leverage AI tools in growth marketing

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-powered SaaS products or mobile apps
• Familiarity with App Store Optimisation (ASO)
• Experience running influencer or creator partnerships
• HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM/email platform experience
