Product Expert Key Responsibilities & Skills

Role Overview:
Act as a domain and product SME, supporting Product Owners, Product Managers, and Agile Teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product/domain expertise during feature and story refinement.
• Support acceptance criteria, clarifications, and customer use cases.
• Participate in demos, UAT, training, and product validation.
• Identify product gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge transfer.
• Train development, QA, and support teams on product functionality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong domain expertise, preferably Airline Revenue Assurance & Refunds.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical understanding.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and continuous-learning mindset.
