Job Summary

As the Product Expert for FIS Quantum within Digital Technology, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing our treasury solutions across Haleon, in line with the priorities of our Treasury business team and to maximize value for money over the lifecycle of the product.

In support of a SOx-relevant (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) application, this role is also pivotal in ensuring we comply with SOx requirements by embedding robust control frameworks into product operations - this may span designing and implementing controls to overseeing training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. This SOx Compliance ensures our financial reporting applications are secure, reliable, and auditable - minimising risk and supporting regulatory integrity.

You will join our Corporate Applications Technology team, reporting directly to the Product Manager for Treasury Banking Tech.

Key responsibilities

• Product Vision Strategy: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business priorities, regulatory requirements, and user needs. Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for new features, integrations, or process improvements that drive business value.
• Requirements Documentation Management: Lead the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, security, compliance, and operational processes, ensuring accessibility and audit readiness.
• Project Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of FIS Quantum solutions, including integration, deployment, upgrades, and enhancements. Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and budgets. Manage all system changes by following the Haleon Change Management procedure, ensuring traceability for auditors on any system changes made. Coordinate across functional teams (Tech, Treasury, Finance, external vendors) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
• Stakeholder and Vendor management: Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate product changes, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring and escalation of service issues. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Compliance, Risk Security: Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), internal policies, and industry standards. Embed risk management practices into product operations, including regular risk assessments, mitigation planning, and audit preparation and support. Ensure our controls operate effectively and that any control or audit findings are remediated as per agreed timelines. Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Act as a subject matter expert for FIS Quantum, providing guidance and support to end users, stakeholders and Tech colleagues. Lead user adoption initiatives, including training, communication, and support for continuous improvement such as automation, new features or process changes.

Qualifications Skills

• Minimum 10+ years experience with FIS Quantum, including configuration, integration, and administration.
• Experience with FIS Quantum modules such as Cash Management Forecasting, Foreign Exchange (FX) Hedge Accounting, and Payments Bank Connectivity and the business processes these modules support.
• Supporting day-to-day treasury operations through hands-on problem solving, including tracking payments and bank statements, utilising FIS Trax and SWIFT, and liaising with banking partners.
• Hands-on experience integrating FIS Quantum (QTM) with third-party market data providers, including Bloomberg and LSEG Workspace.
• Proven experience integrating FIS Quantum (QTM) with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems to support treasury operations and data workflows.
• Experience of working with compliance and control frameworks, and of preparing for and supporting application audits (internal and external)
• Proven track record in SaaS product management, solution design, and delivery, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
• Familiarity with integration to internal and external finance and access management systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Experience working with and managing third-party service providers and software vendors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• FIS certification and/or SAP Finance-related certifications are a plus.
• Experience of designing and/or operating SOx controls are a plus.

Preferred

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
