Product Expert – Transaction Banking

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets and growth in Corporate Banking, Branch Banking, MSE, TAS & Transaction Banking.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation through cross-selling of products and services.
• Ensure effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROI, NPS, etc. to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in corporate banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of branch banking operations and processes.
• Experience in managing teams or leading projects in the financial services industry.
