Product Expert(Remote WFH Role)

Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Expert(Remote role) with practical experience in GST, Income Tax, and TDS return filing. The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating our taxation software to prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and showcasing product features that address their pain points.

The ideal candidate should have strong taxation knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver effective product demonstrations while building customer confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct software demos for prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and pain points.
• Demonstrate taxation software features, benefits, and USPs.
• Explain GST, Income Tax, and TDS filing functionalities.
• Stay updated on tax amendments and software updates.
• Maintain daily activities, customer follow-ups, and reports in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Practical experience in GST, Income Tax, and TDS return filing.
• Working knowledge of taxation or tax filing software is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Basic sales and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Good time management, planning, and appointment scheduling skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in CA firms, tax consultancy firms, accounting, taxation, or tax software support/sales will be preferred.
• Familiarity with tax filing software.
• Candidates who can confidently interact with customers and deliver software demonstrations are encouraged to apply.
• Updated with recent amendments made in GST, Income tax, TDS
• candidate should be proficient communicating in their native language.
