Product Executive

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage sprints in collaboration with the Scrum and engineering teams.
• Coordinate and participate in all key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Maintain strong control over product delivery and execution rather than limiting the role to task creation and tracking.
• Support AI-assisted backlog management, data synthesis, and meeting synthesis to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Plan upcoming sprints in advance and ensure requirements and priorities are clearly communicated.
• Track sprint progress and provide timely updates to senior stakeholders regarding status, dependencies, risks, and potential delays.
• Work closely with engineering teams to enable faster time-to-market while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Maintain clear and structured product documentation.
• Use Jira and Jira Reports to track deliverables, sprint progress, and overall execution.
• Act as a product evangelist, helping build awareness and understanding of the product across relevant stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Reports
• Product and sprint documentation
• Backlog management and sprint planning
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily product management activities
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to identify, track, and communicate delivery risks
• Understanding of Postman
• Familiarity with Google Analytics

Qualifications

2 -4 years of relevant experience

Experience working on SaaS, Learning Management System, or E-learning products/projects would be relevant to the role..
