Product Executive/ Product Manager- IVF- Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Executive/ Product Manager Marketing for the Genesis Division IVF Segment to drive the marketing and commercial growth of the IVF Media, Consumables & Technology portfolio.

The role will focus on product strategy, portfolio management, market development, product launches, KOL engagement, competitive intelligence and commercial planning, in collaboration with Sales and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
• Manage the product lifecycle, positioning, launches and portfolio development.
• Drive market research, competitor analysis and market intelligence.
• Develop strategies for product adoption, market penetration and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with IVF specialists, embryologists, fertility centers and KOLs.
• Plan and execute CME programs, workshops, conferences and exhibitions.
• Lead new product launches, product communication and sales enablement.
• Develop product collaterals, presentations and sales tools.
• Conduct product and market training for Sales teams.
• Work with Sales/Business teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Track product performance, sales trends and market developments.
• Provide inputs on portfolio expansion, pricing, forecasting and commercial planning.
• Stay updated on IVF technologies, competitor products and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for commercialization and product improvement.

Candidate Profile

• We are looking for candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience for the Product Executive role and 4 to 8 years of experience for the Product Manager role.
• Experience in Medical Devices, IVF, Fertility, Healthcare or Life Sciences preferred.
• Exposure to IVF Media, Consumables, Embryology Products and/or IVF Technology preferred.
• Strong understanding of the IVF/ART ecosystem.
• Experience in product strategy, launches, market development and competitive analysis.
• Exposure to KOL management and scientific/clinical marketing.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with senior and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for KOL meetings, customer interactions and business events.
