Mach Sci Tech is a Bangalore-based Edtech providing Product design and product engineering training program and consultancy company, working across automotive, aerospace & defense, heavy engineering, plant/piping, civil, and healthcare & life-science domains. Building on this domain strength, the Design Engineering Training Program is a job-oriented, project-based internship for engineering students and working professionals who want hands-on exposure to real product design work under industry oriented mentorship

The program designed for working professional, Graduate and fresh Graduate Engineering professional , those who want to move to design career from other roles— Major domain and technology focused program on Automotive Design Engineering, Medical Device / Heavy Engineering, Product Design, Aerospace , Piping, Plant Engineering and Plant equipment design & Analysis — each combining structured mentoring with design and Development program on industry-standard ,

1. Automotive Design Engineering Intern

• Focus: Automotive Vehicle Engineering & Vehicle design, EV ,Body-in-White (BIW), sheet metal components, vehicle packaging, vehicle sub-system subsystems. Latest technology and trends for vehicle design, Engineering and analysis
• Key Skills: Core mechanical design, sheet metal/ plastics, GD&T, DFMEA, and domain-based training
• Eligible Degrees: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

2. Medical Device & Electro-Mechanical Product Design Intern

• Focus: Medical device and development, NPD & NPI , Precision mechanisms, enclosures, electro-mechanical systems, biocompatible materials (polymers, titanium, ceramics), and regulatory standards
• Key Skills: Mechanical product design, sensor integration, material selection, benchmarking/teardown, DFM, and DFS.
• Eligible Degrees: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering.

3. Aerospace Design Engineering Intern

• Focus: Aerostructures, sub-assemblies, composite components, high-strength alloys, and lightweight design and advanced analysis skills. Design, development and analysis strategies
• Key Skills: Aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, advanced surface modeling, GD&T, and stress analysis documentation.
• Eligible Degrees: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.

4. Heavy Engineering Intern

• Focus: Heavy machinery, structural fabrications, weldments, cast components, drive systems, and power transmission assemblies.
• Key Skills: Mechanics of materials, machine design, load path/bolt connection calculations, welding standards, and BOM preparation.
• Eligible Degrees: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Heavy Machinery Engineering.

5. Piping and Plant Engineering Intern

• Focus: Process plant layouts, 3D piping routing, P&ID/PFD creation, isometric drawings, and utility lines.
• Key Skills: Fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, piping components (valves, fittings, flanges), ASMEstandards, MTO generation, and piping stress analysis basics.
• Eligible Degrees: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Plant, Piping, or Civil Engineering.

6. Plant Equipment Engineering Intern

• Focus: Plant equipment design and Design calculations of equipment for process facilities.
• Key Skills: Strength of materials, thermal fundamentals, pressure vessel design codes (ASME), and mechanical sizing calculations.
• Eligible Degrees: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or Thermal Engineering.

7. Digital CAE Analysis Intern (FEA & Structural Simulation)

• Focus: Finite Element Analysis (FEA), linear/non-linear structural, thermal, fatigue, contact, NVH, modal, and crash safety simulations.
• Key Skills: Geometry cleanup, quality meshing, finite element methods, solid mechanics, post-processing, and technical reporting.
• Eligible Degrees: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, or Production Engineering.
