Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Engineer with experience in product development, product lifecycle management, new product introduction, product performance improvement, and customer requirement management. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support products from development through production and lifecycle improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

• Support product development activities from concept through launch and production.
• Manage product changes, enhancements, and engineering updates.
• Define and manage product specifications and technical requirements.
• Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.

Customer & Product Requirements

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product requirements.
• Support technical requirement reviews and product-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer and business requirements are met.

Product Performance & Improvement

• Track product KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze product issues, field feedback, and customer concerns.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive product improvement, quality improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate product-related activities and project milestones.
• Support product launches and production-related engineering requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain product documentation, specifications, technical records, and change records.
• Prepare product performance reports and presentations.
• Support product reviews and management reporting.
