Product Engineer

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product development activities from concept to production.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) programs.
• Manage product lifecycle activities using PLM tools.
• Create and maintain EBOM and MBOM structures.
• Execute Engineering Change processes (ECR, ECO, ECN).
• Participate in design reviews, validation, testing, and release activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Suppliers.
• Support DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, root cause analysis, and VAVE initiatives.
• Ensure timely product releases and documentation management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Development, NPI, or PLM.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP, Creo, CATIA, or NX.
• Strong understanding of BOM management and Engineering Change Management.
• Experience in Automotive, Auto Components, Powertrain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products domain.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Validation, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
