About this role
As a Product Engineer, you''ll analyze product failures in the field and collaborate with RD and repair centers to identify root causes and enhance product performance. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN - Analyze product failures in the field and network to determine root causes of performance degradation.
- Collaborate with RD product lines and repair centers to support resolution processes.
- Develop and implement quick debugging methodologies for repair engineers.
- Provide technical training to repair partners on system operation, diagnosis, and test development.
- Create process maps, technical documentation, and training materials for new product repairs.
- Ensure integrity of testing and repair processes, driving continuous improvement in quality and cycle time.
- Travel to vendor sites for on-site support and assist partners with complex technical issues.
- Implement new product introductions, ensuring hardware services meet repair capabilities prior to rollout.
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics or Telecommunications
- 5 plus years of experience in the Telecom industry
- Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting electronic systems
- Familiarity with test equipment and diagnostic tools
- Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills
