Product Engineer

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Development and PLM activities from concept to production.
• Manage NPI, product changes, and engineering updates.
• Define product requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.
• Track product performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Development, PLM, and NPI.
• Experience in Product Requirements Management and Product Performance Analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Engineering Services background preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
