We are seeking a motivated Product Engineer to support our portfolio of innovative consumer electronics and smart home products. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, assisting customers with product-related concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service experience. Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and resolve customer queries related to products and services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding service requests, updates, and feedback.
• Manage service tickets efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
• Apply technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service resolutions.
• Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to support product improvement.
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge to stay aligned with new AI technologies and updates.

Required Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics Engineering.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an advantage).
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment.
