Product Engineer (Full-Stack, AI-Augmented)

The role, in one line: Build production systems that solve whole problems — owned end to end, not sliced into tickets.

Why it matters: We're small and senior. What you build ships to real clients in India, the US, and Canada. No telephone game between the person who scoped it and the person who codes it.

What you'll do

• Own features end to end — frontend, backend, data model, deploy
• Turn a messy problem into a clean system: right schema, right workflow, right interface
• Use AI tools to move fast — and the judgment to catch when they're wrong
• Layer AI where it creates leverage (APIs, MCP, RAG, agents) on clean data
• Work directly with the people whose problem you're solving

You'll fit if you have

• 3+ yrs shipping production full-stack apps
• Strong TypeScript/JS — React/Next.js front, Node/serverless back
• Comfort owning a relational data model (PostgreSQL) — you think in schemas
• Daily AI-tool use, plus opinions on where they help vs. fail
• Flexibility to work US hours — that's where our clients are
• Solid communication — you'll work with US clients directly, not through a layer
• Ownership — you drive the thing to done, no babysitting
• Hunger to learn — the stack moves fast; so do you

Nice to have

• Supabase / Deno edge functions
• AI agent builds — Claude API, MCP servers, RAG pipelines
