Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: 3–7 Years We are not looking for a backend developer. We are looking for a product builder. At FieldNerve™, we are building Autonomous Infrastructure Intelligence - an AI-native platform transforming how construction, mining, railways, and industrial operations are managed. If your idea of engineering is simply resolving tickets and maintaining APIs, this role is not for you. What You will Build - Scalable backend systems powering enterprise applications - AI-ready data architectures and intelligence layers - Workflow engines for planning, operations, maintenance, safety, and project controls - Integrations with ERP, IoT, GIS, SCADA, equipment, and enterprise systems - APIs powering web, mobile, AI, and future autonomous systems

What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of backend engineering experience - Strong Node.js, TypeScript, Express/NestJS - PostgreSQL and database design expertise - API design and distributed system thinking - Cloud-native mindset (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Ownership mentality

Bonus: - Industrial, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure experience - Event-driven architecture experience - AI platform experience
