Product Director

Job Summary

The Product Director will lead product strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and execution across one or more products. The role requires strong customer understanding combined with technology and business expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define product vision and long-term strategy.
• Own product roadmap and prioritization.
• Identify customer and market opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Define product KPIs and monitor product performance.
• Lead product discovery and validation.
• Manage product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis.
• Prioritize features based on customer and business value.
• Develop business cases and product investment proposals.
• Mentor Product Managers and build product-management practices.
• Communicate product strategy to senior leadership.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to drive product decisions.

Preferred Candidate Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of product-management experience.
• Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
• Experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products.
• Strong product analytics and KPI experience.
• Excellent customer-discovery and market-analysis skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development preferred.
• MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
