Role Description The Product Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of new fastening products and enhancements to existing product lines, from concept to launch. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams on product design and specifications, and assisting in feasibility and performance testing. The specialist will help define product requirements, maintain product documentation, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful commercialization. The role also involves monitoring product performance, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and customers, and recommending improvements aligned with quality and industry standards.

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, industry trends, and product performance.
• Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) capabilities to support product design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Product Management skills to help define requirements, manage product lifecycle activities, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with engineering, production, sales, and external stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, industrial production, materials science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing, fasteners, hardware, or related industrial products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with quality standards, documentation practices, and basic project management tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
