As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute to the design, development, and scaling of agentic artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that address complex business challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work across product development, generative artificial intelligence application design, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Work you'll do As a Software Engineer II on the Innovation and Technology team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze business use cases and support the design of agentic artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for client and product needs
• Build proofs of concept and evaluate solution feasibility through data exploration, experimentation, and prototyping
• Develop and implement generative artificial intelligence applications using large language models, agent frameworks, and application programming interfaces in Python
• Contribute to the ideation, incubation, and scaling of AI-enabled products aligned to business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and team leaders across geographies while providing technical guidance and supporting knowledge sharing

Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or statistical solution development
• 3+ years of experience building artificial intelligence or machine learning products for business use cases
• 3-4 years of programming experience in Python
• Experience developing generative artificial intelligence applications using large language models such as GPT, Claude, Cohere, Llama, or BERT
• Experience with agent development frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases Preferred:
• Experience with prompt engineering and prompt optimization
• Experience with pre-training or fine-tuning models
• Experience with Model Context Protocol and agent-to-agent patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
