Job Description :

• Handle product development activities for agrochemical, organic, bio and agricultural products.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Purchase, Quality and Marketing teams for product development.
• Support development and improvement of product packaging and product requirements.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Ensure product development activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare product presentations, brochures, leaflets, banners and promotional content.
• Coordinate with external agencies for product-related audio/video and promotional activities.
• Maintain product development documentation and project records.
• Track project timelines, activities and development progress.
• Support product launch activities in coordination with Sales & Marketing.
• Suggest new product ideas and improvements based on market requirements.
• Provide induction and on-the-job training to new team members.
