This role combines technical leadership, product execution, and team management. You will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, UX, and business leaders to transform ideas into enterprise-grade products that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.
• a text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; tr th, tr td border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; tr th background-color: #f5f5f5; You will lead the development of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and execution plans.
• Guide architecture decisions and engineering best practices for cloud-native applications.
• Partner with Product, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
• Manage development roadmaps, sprint execution, releases, and technical delivery.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and accountability.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and governance requirements.
• Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical leadership roles.
• 3+ years leading engineering or cross-functional product development teams.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and modern development practices.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products or platforms.
• Proven ability to balance technical execution with business objectives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
• Experience launching and scaling 0-to-1 products.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting services.
• Experience managing distributed or global engineering teams.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
