Description

Define Manufacturing Flows & Methodologies for 3D NAND Flash memory-based products to meet customer & quality requirements Analyze technological advancements across successive generations of 3D NAND and translate these innovations into commercially viable memory products, including USB drives, SD/uSD cards, and SSDs Participate in the implementation of Low-Cost solutions to meet target DPPM Work in close collaboration with other cross-functional R&D teams to finalize the manufacturing requirements for each of the life cycle phases including the pass/fail criteria for a given product. Validate the manufacturing programs against the specified requirements by running sample units in lab environment and verifying the validation results as well as the parameters at the product level (USB, SDuSD, cSSDs) Drive the new product migration from R&D to High Volume Manufacturing Phase, support technical issues & coordination with cross functional teams Failure Analysis & RMA support for internal customer & field issues seen on our products during qualification and post deployment into mass production Monitor product yield, and DPPM. Provide technical solutions for yield improvement, and DPPM reduction; and come up with detail plans and drive for implementation of the these with R&D and factory personnel Help team members in line with the changing dynamics of the product deliverables. Effectively representing Product Engineering function in various technical and functional forums. Work with teams in different time zones, in case required.
