About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer (PDE III) with deep expertise in

Java , microservices, and scalable distributed systems. As part of our high-performance engineering team, you will design, build, and optimize backend services that power mission-critical products used by global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and scale microservices-based applications using Java & Spring ecosystem
• Design and optimize high-performance, low-latency backend systems
• Own end-to-end delivery — architecture, coding, testing, deployment & monitoring
• Build secure and resilient systems with fault-tolerance and observability
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions
• Mentor junior engineers & influence engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues

Work Experience Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Core Java, Java 11+
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA
• REST API frameworks & microservices
• Strong understanding of:
• DSA, system design, distributed systems
• Concurrency, multithreading & memory management
• Event-driven architecture: Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis
• DevOps stack: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools and coding agents for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and developer productivity

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS & multi-tenant cloud environments
• ElasticSearch / Redis caching
• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• TDD: JUnit, Mockito Experience in
