Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product development for crop nutrition or related field
• Strong knowledge of crop science, soil fertility, and nutrient management
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
