Job Description

• Implement requirements on time while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Understand requirements accurately and implement them without compromise—making it work first and continuously improving it.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality outcomes.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure the work delivered creates value for both customers and the organization.
• Take ownership of outcomes and remain accountable for deliverables, while being ready to iterate and pivot when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by actively collaborating with peers and managers to improve the quality of work.
• Learn from peer reviews and feedback, while sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Produce bug-free, high-quality code and perform unit testing before handing over features to QA.
• Gain a deep understanding of the entire technology stack, from front-end development to infrastructure management.
• Build proof of concepts and minimum viable products/features within defined timelines.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in

JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Java , or other relevant programming languages.

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Development, Full Stack Development, or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with

React.js and Node.js frameworks .

• Hands-on experience in implementing projects with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of

Data Structures and Algorithms .

• Good knowledge of

SQL and NoSQL databases and database management concepts.

• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software development best practices, version control, and testing methodologies.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of

Asynchronous Programming concepts.

• Understanding of

Microservices Architecture .

• Experience working with

Elasticsearch .

• Knowledge of

AWS and cloud-native technologies.

• Experience contributing to

open-source projects .

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
