Product Developer II - MERN stack developer

Hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Proven experience architecting multi-module SaaS products in Startup environments. Strong command over REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architecture. Exposure to AI/ML integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.). Expert in building AI-powered products using AI agents and modern vibe coding workflows to rapidly prototype and scale intelligent applications. Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proactive, fast-moving, and startup-oriented mindset, thrives in ambiguity. Deep passion for processes, documentation, and clean code. Strong debugging and reverse-engineering skills, ability to understand complex systems quickly. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience in AI-driven or HR Tech platforms is an added advantage. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or GraphQL. Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Git, and API documentation tools like Postman or Swagger. Prior experience in scaling startups or early-stage product teams.
