Product Designer

Same-Day Delivery helps brands with converting their browsers into buyers, serving as a competitive advantage and reducing working capital challenges. Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their website conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design opportunities.
• Take full ownership of features end-to-end — from problem definition and discovery to final delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Own the design process, from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Build scalable, component-driven experiences across Web, Android, and iOS.
• Collaborate on experiments and A/B tests to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Champion design quality by staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and responsive design principles.
