About the Role We're looking for a Product Designer with 0–2 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complex workflows, and designing products people genuinely love using. You'll work directly with the founders, product, and engineering to shape TALIE - from early ideas and user flows to polished interfaces that customers use every day. This isn't a role where you'll spend weeks perfecting a single screen. We value speed, curiosity, and thoughtful iteration.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user experiences for TALIE across web applications.
- Turn product ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Work closely with founders and engineers from concept to release.
- Simplify complex recruiter workflows into easy-to-use experiences.
- Gather feedback from customers and continuously improve the product.
- Maintain and evolve our design system.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are practical and implementable.
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Good visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to think through user problems rather than just designing screens.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate closely with engineers and founders.
- Curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action.
