🛠️ Responsibilities
- Translate product briefs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Design clean, intuitive UI/UX for complex dashboards and mobile/web applications.
- Continuously refine designs based on user behavior, team feedback, business priorities, and technical constraints.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and seamless user experience.
- Participate in design reviews and critiques to align on quality and gather actionable feedback.
- Maintain consistency through shared design systems and reusable components.
- Provide occasional visual design support for marketing and product communications.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong proficiency in
Figma for design and prototyping.
- Experience designing for both
mobile and web platforms .
- Solid understanding of
UI/UX principles ,
design systems , and
usability best practices .
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and create interactive prototypes.
- Knowledge of
responsive design , layout grids, and typography.
- Experience collaborating with developers for accurate design implementation.

- Exposure to
motion design , micro-interactions, or tools like
After Effects /
Lottie .
- Familiarity with
HTML/CSS/React to improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in
ad tech ,
gaming , or
B2B SaaS environments.

design systems .
