Product Designer We are looking for a highly curious, end-to-end

Product Designer to join our growth-focused product team. In this role, you won’t just be making things look beautiful; you will own the entire design lifecycle, from deep user research and product strategy to seamless UX architectures and high-fidelity UI execution. • Product Strategy & Vision: Partner with PMs and Engineering to define roadmaps. Turn complex business objectives into simple, scalable, and intuitive design strategies.
• User Research & Insights: Lead qualitative/quantitative research, usability testing, and data analysis. Turn insights into actionable personas, journey maps, and growth hooks.
• End-to-End Execution: Own features from rough wireframes and information architecture to pixel-perfect UI and interactive prototypes.
• Design Systems & Scalability: Champion our global design system. Ensure all designs are component-driven, responsive, and cross-platform optimized (Web, Android, iOS).
• Growth & Experimentation: Design continuous micro-experiments, growth loops, and A/B test variations to move the needle on acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Global Benchmarking: Keep a sharp eye on international product trends, clean aesthetics, and modern interaction patterns to constantly elevate our visual bar. Requirements
• Experience: 2–4 years of product design experience in fast-paced B2C environments (e.g., E-commerce, FinTech, Super-apps, EdTech, or SaaS).
• Full-Stack Craftsmanship: A portfolio demonstrating equal mastery over UX friction-reduction (research, flows) and UI execution (typography, layout, micro-interactions).
• Advanced Figma Stack: Mastery of Figma, including advanced auto-layout, component architecture, and variables.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: Highly proficient in using GenAI and Agentic tools (e.g., Claude Projects, ChatGPT, Midjourney) to accelerate research synthesis, copy generation, and brainstorming.
• Rapid Prototyping: Comfortable in the modern "vibe creation" landscape—using tools like v0, Bolt.new, or Relume to build and test concept prototypes independently.
• Mindset: Strong storytelling skills to back up your design decisions. Resilient, data-informed, and excited to build things that scale beautifully.
