Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 6+ years of experience in designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital products. You will own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity interfaces and design systems while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to improve product usability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions.
• Design responsive interfaces for Web, Mobile, Tablet, and Dashboard applications.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices across the organisation.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS, B2B, or complex product design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and UX methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
• Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, colour, layout, and spacing.
• Ability to work in Agile product development environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS products or manufacturing technology platforms.
• Understanding of production planning, supply chain, ERP, or industrial software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Experience working with data visualisation and dashboard design.
