Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to own the execution experience across an investment advisory platform, helping customers onboard, invest, withdraw, and act on recommendations with confidence. You will design buying and selling journeys for mutual funds today, while helping build the foundations for future asset classes.

Responsibilities:

• Solve consequential customer problems: The decisions customers make through our products directly affect their savings and long-term financial outcomes. You will work on experiences where clarity, trust, and good judgment matter significantly more than superficial engagement.
• Build the execution layer of an advisory platform: The product should not only help customers understand what to do; it should also make taking action seamless. You will connect advice with execution across onboarding, transactions, mandates, payments, and order tracking.
• Influence product direction: Design is involved early in the product-development process. You will work directly with product and business leadership, contribute to strategic decisions, and help determine how the product evolves.
• Work with a high-ownership team: You will have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful product problems in a fast-moving environment where design can directly influence customer and business outcomes.
• Help raise the design bar: Beyond your immediate product area, you will contribute to stronger interaction patterns, clearer information architecture, better visual systems, and more consistent product quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing end-to-end app experiences with strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Strong ownership of both customer experience and product outcomes.
• Curiosity and the ability to develop a strong understanding of unfamiliar domains.
• Experience in fintech is useful but not required.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where problems may be undefined, and priorities may evolve.
• Fluency with AI as part of the design workflow, exploring multiple directions, identifying edge cases, improving speed and quality, and building prototypes that help teams make better decisions.
• A high bar for craft, with strong attention to hierarchy, clarity, interaction design, and the small details that build trust.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence direction, challenge assumptions, and align teams around the right customer problems and trade-offs.
