Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Ideation:
Generate and develop creative concepts for new products, considering functionality, aesthetics, and market trends.
Utilize Autodesk Fusion 360 and other design tools to bring concepts to life through 3D modeling and prototyping.
Design Development:
Translate concepts into detailed product designs, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
Collaborate closely with engineers, craftsmen, and vendors to optimize designs for production.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and production managers to drive successful product launches.
Preferred candidate profile

Communicate design concepts and requirements clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a manufacturing or design-focused environment.
- Proficient in CAD software, especially Autodesk Fusion 360.
- Preliminary sketching skills for an efficient ideation process.
- Experience with material handling is preferred.
