Role Overview We are looking for a

creative and passionate Product Designer to join our

Product Design & Innovation team. In this role, you will develop innovative products across

Home Décor, Fine Tableware, Glass, Ceramic Decals & Decal Printing, and Advanced Ceramics . You will collaborate with

R&D, Engineering, and Production teams to transform ideas into market-ready products through

creative design, prototyping, and product development . The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, knowledge of

ceramic manufacturing and decoration processes , and the ability to deliver

functional, aesthetically appealing, and commercially successful products .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new product concepts and collections.
• Create artwork for

ceramic decals and ceramic decal printing .

• Create sketches,

3D CAD models , renderings, and technical drawings.

• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
• Collaborate with

R&D, Production, and Engineering teams.

• Develop prototypes and support product testing.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, functional, and manufacturable.
• Prepare design documentation and product specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Ceramic Design, Graphic Design, or Ceramics Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, Ceramic Design, or Ceramic Decal Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design projects.
• Knowledge of ceramic materials, ceramic decal printing, and manufacturing processes.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, AutoCAD
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (

essential for decal artwork )

• KeyShot or Blender
